Thursday evening, thousands of community members marched against militarized violence, demanding local officials refuse to collaborate with federal law enforcement, and unite to protect one another and themselves from harm. We are inspired by the Bay Area’s everyday people, who have been taking action since this administration started targeting us–adopting corners, providing mutual aid and protesting in the streets.
