Dina comes from a long line of storytellers, movers in their own right, and those that lean in to their curiosity. Her passion for advancing racial and social justice derives from being a first generation immigrant and experiencing firsthand the inequities that millions more continue to be forced to navigate through. Dina spent her early career in client services within leading advertising agencies across the pond managing marketing and communications strategy and implementation for corporate and nonprofit organizations. Upon returning to the US, she transitioned into racial justice communications and the non-profit sector by joining the communications team at the San Francisco Foundation before joining Change Consulting in 2018. She currently leads our insights process, believing that the intersection of research, communications strategy, and narrative holds the power to transform hearts, minds, and systems to achieve our collective liberation. Dina holds a Masters in International and Cross Cultural Marketing from Middlesex University in London, and a BSc in International Business and Marketing from Chapman University. She can be found walking, eating, and taking photos in various parts of the world, or enjoying the beaches and green spaces of the Bay Area.
