#DeliverBirthJustice Campaign, Perinatal Equity Initiative

Change Consulting worked with five Bay Area counties to launch #DeliverBirthJustice. The campaign puts birth justice front and center in the fight for racial justice in the Bay Area and aims to mobilize all corners of the Bay Area — from health professionals to policy makers to community members — to end racism and achieve birth justice for Black families. Bay Area partner counties include Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Francisco, and Solano. Change Consulting had the honor of working closely with the counties, Black mothers and Black birthing people across the Bay Area to tell their stories. We conducted focus groups and other research to shape the messaging, concept and strategy. We then worked to bring the campaign to life, developing a microsite and video, photography, stories, social media and earned media strategies.
